The goal of the Drifta Stockton range of camping products and accessories is to provide every Australian with the opportunity to experience and enjoy the great Australian outdoors with family and friends with equipment and accessories that enhance their outdoor experience.
All the Drifta Stockton products have been designed, used and tweaked by Luke using his extensive experience and attention to detail. As a result, Drifta Stockton offer a great range of products that represent great value and quality.
We understand that sometimes, despite our best-efforts things can go wrong and the Team at Drifta Stockton are here to help you.
To start a warranty claim on any Drifta Stockton product excluding roof top tents, please call your nearest available Drifta Stockton store at 1800 782 586 (option 1 for stores). The course of action will be as follows:
- Upon calling your nearest available Drifta Stockton store, our shop staff member/s will troubleshoot your issue/claim over the phone to best determine a solution for that product. At the discretion of the staff member, one of the following options will proceed:
- The product cannot be fixed and must be returned to the store for a replacement product to be provided
- The product can be fixed and spare parts will be provided for pickup at the store
- The issue/claim is not covered by our warranty policy (see ‘Warranty Information below)

A sales receipt or proof of purchase must be provided in order for a warranty claim to process
Drifta Stockton warrants for a period of one (1) year the structural integrity of the Drifta Stockton product from the date of the original purchase.
For the Drifta Stockton Wild Land Roof Top Tents, Drifta Stockton warrants for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase, the structural integrity of the tent, tent floor, poles, fabric, mattress against substantial material and manufacturing defects. This does not include the RTT awnings, annex or other accessories – they are covered by a one (1) year warranty .
This Drifta Stockton Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia and will apply only if you have purchased the product from us or from our authorised dealers.
Drifta Stockton will repair or replace at its discretion, any defects during the warranty period.
In the event that our Products must be returned to our facility for inspection, the owner must assume the cost and liability of freight.
In some cases, we may choose to source a local repair provider in the region of where the Customer is located, however, only if the repair provider will guarantee the repair. All repairs done by a local repair provider must be approved in writing by Drifta Stockton before any repairs are completed.
In replacing a defective product under the Drifta Stockton Warranty, we may, at our discretion, substitute a model of equivalent nature where the exact model is unavailable.
Drifta Stockton Warranty Exclusions
The Drifta Stockton warranty does not include damage caused by improper use and abuse, fair wear and tear, fading, tarnishing or discolouration of soft & hard goods (Aluminium casing, upholstery, screens, mattresses, fly or tent exterior, plastic components, aluminium or stainless steel surfaces or powder coated surfaces ) dragging, soiling, neglect, abuse, lightning, falling objects, burn holes, effects of moisture condensation, extreme weather conditions, high winds, non regular maintenance, accidents, disassembly, changes made to the product by the Consumer, incorrect set up, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, improper maintenance, incorrect installation, damage caused by mould, other acts of nature or corrosive atmospheres which can result in rusting, oxidation or pitting, insects, vermin, products used for commercial purposes, animals or children
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.
A simple procedure for return / exchange for goods purchased online is in place:
- Please contact the Drifta Stockton Store or Dealer where you purchased the item/s from
- If the item/s was purchased online, please contact our warehouse at [email protected] to organise a return. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All return / exchange must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Returned products must be in new condition and are subject to inspection
