Drifta Camping & 4WD began by manufacturing ingenious camp kitchens and custom 4×4 fitouts. Pioneered by Luke Sutton and backed by a strong will to never give up. A little known fact is that Luke and his family slept in the Drifta workshop for years before the huge success that has been realised today.

Drifta gained traction within the Australian camping community as competitors flooded the market with lame poor quality ‘same-samey’ gear. There stood Luke the Drifta (a name that caught on when he worked on ranches) absolutely obsessed with craftsmanship and functionality.

Manufacturing in Gloucester, NSW in regional Australia, the team grew. These days if you take a walk around HQ you’ll easily find team members who have been part of the team for over 15yrs! Drifta Stockton massively impacted the market in the 2020s as Kaito instinctively knew the next generation wanted lightweight gear, roof top tents and a new style of awning.

Drifta Stockton now has 6+ retail stores and are stocked Australia-wide wherever you find high quality camping gear.
