REVOLUTIONARY DESIGN
Drifta Stockton is leading the way with these revolutionary drawer systems! These are the first of their kind – constructed from solid yet light weight aluminium – with Drifta’s pioneered design of using plastic slides – plus a handy slide out work bench which can also be set up on the ground as a free standing table.

CONSTRUCTION
The sheet aluminium construction is fully welded so offers an incredibly strong structure, but also light weight aluminium helps to keep your vehicle within its standard GVM. We add some perforated holes to further reduce weight whilst also keeping the strength and structure in place. The top of the main carcass is timber panelling so easy to mount your fridge slide / similar on top if needed.

SLIDES
The plastic slides are an idea that Drifta pioneered over 20 years ago – and its still (in our opinion) the best drawer slide method around 😊. Why you might ask? Because the slides are very compact (more drawer space), very light (helping keep that weight down), cheaper than any other kind of slide and also they slide smooth as silk when designed in properly. We could be like everyone else and go the easy option with ball bearing runners – but that’s just not how we operate here at Drifta…we like to think outside the box to create a solution that’s better!

SLIDE OUT BENCH / TABLE
The in built slide out table is another design feature that Drifta pioneered way back in the early days 😊. The table can be slid out part way and used as a work bench out the back of your vehicle – plus it can also be removed completely and set up as a free standing table on the ground. It has a laminated top so easy to keep clean, and its 4 legs are individually adjustable to you can always get a level & stable table no matter how uneven your camp area may be! The table and legs are all aluminium (has 5mm laminated timber top) – and the neat way the table stores in the main unit means its super easy to access and put away.

RATTLE FREE!
A lot of feedback we have heard about other drawer systems is how noisy they are – so a lot of focus went into making sure these units are rattle free! The units are built with carpet added where needed to avoid metal to metal contact, the latches/table all secure nice and firm to avoid rattles and the welded construction means there are no bolts / screws to come loose. FLUSH TIE DOWN POINTS
Each unit is equipped with 4 flush tie downs points in the corners on the top – so ideal for securing your gear. These neat tie downs are recessed into the top so flush, and spring loaded so they stay down when not in use and no rattles.

SIDE WING KIT INCLUDED
Each unit will come with a side wing KIT included – this kit is the brackets, boards, carpet and some instructions ready for you to make the side wings to suit your vehicle after the unit is in place. Profiling the side wings isn’t hard – just basic skills and tools is all you need (or a mate who has the tools/skills 😊). Twin units have a kit for both sides / single units just the one side.

4 variations available – and the sizes we have built to we know fit most common vehicles on the road. 4wd wagon, dual cab, tray back with canopy, van, trailer…..whether you’re a tradie or traveller – we have designed these units with you in mind.

INSTALL KITS
Although we don’t provide any install kits – securing these units in place isn’t normally too difficult. Some simple suggestions would be to bolt them through the base, use some L brackets off the side or maybe even use turnbuckles (means the unit would be easy to remove / reinstall). Every vehicle is different hence we don’t provide kits – but its not a hard process.
